The Gift

This whole grand scheme, from the individual to the evolution of humanity and ALL that is contained within the entirety of the circle of Life is orchestrated by Spirit back to itself.

We see this in physical form by the cycle of life and death. Each physical thing, come forward through sacred union of Great Father Spirit and Mother Earth, eventually dies. The physical parts returning to the earth, the spirit within returning to the Eternal One.

The same cycling is happening within each of our lives as human beings. We condense down into the human womb called by the union of sperm and egg, carrying a set of specific contracts for our soul's evolution, as well as our gifts and purpose for the world. We are still fully connected to the Great Womb of Creation while inside and then born into the breathing world and the Great Forgetting ensues which eventually catapults us into the depths of the darkness of the human soul or death of the Spirit. True Spirit of course, is eternal, it is our perception and awareness that has turned away and forgotten the One True Thing. We are fully responsible, though unconsciously so for this.

The entire world is in the process of forgetting and remembering. Spirit has manifested a grand play of the Great Returning to itself.

So we come, we have original circumstance of mother, father, family. This ripples outward to other relationships and life experiences through the linear timeline of baby, child, teen, young adult, adult, older adult and elder. These relationships and situations are contracts. Spirit orchestrated events with specific characters therein which allow us the lesson and challenge of achieving greater awareness by our choices, and the actions taken through Free Will which ultimately lead us back to the One True Thing. Free Will is the primary inherent power (or medicine) of the human. Free Will is connected to how we "see" which then translates into how we will act.

From which eye do you see? If we choose to see only with our physical eye, outward towards situational circumstance we are then enslaved in the eternal play of cause and effect, action and reaction, which perpetuates forgetfulness and the continuing cycle and patterns of pain, plunging us deeper into darkness, sadness, emptiness, despair.

This is a very good thing, for eventually there is nowhere else to turn and we are given the supreme gift and opportunity to finally remember what has been in exile all along. The One True Thing, the living breathing Spirit, that which is the Sacred Heart of the Universe, the unlimited Source of Light and Eternal Love that is the essence of our lives and all things.

When we open and see with the eye of the Sacred Heart, that which is within our chest, that which is the place of power and connection, when we breathe into the embers of the Sacred within and open THIS eye we remember and we can see with compassion that all who have hurt us are in their own process of forgetting and remembering, that all of what is happening in the world is a reflection of the same.

And thus, Spirit is returning once again to itself. When we open and see through the eye of the Sacred Heart, we live in freedom, the snake is eating its own tail. The rain and snow fall upon and replenish the dry river bed and the seeds of the Sacred Children burst forth into living green. It is these seeds, that are our gifts for the world. It is these seeds that are given through each human to help others remember and perpetuate the Path of Beauty, the manifestation of love and harmonious vitality of life. This is True Freedom.

In essence its all quite simple really. We humans make it very complicated.

Through the difficult challenges of human life we loose bits of our vital essence, our spirit, our soul and thus disconnect little by little and forget. This loss translates into loss of personal power, to not only be aware of our true gifts and purpose but to be able to live them into the world. This also translates into fatigue, overwhelm and depression, an inability to maintain attention and higher awareness, which then condenses down even farther into manifestation through our action in dysfunctional relationships, inability to maintain financial security, addictions etc. and down even farther into physical form by manifestation of accidents and finally illness in the body. Spirit MUST return to itself one way or the other.

What has been explained is the gift of the human experience. The gift of opportunity given to remember and return. The gift of darkness in which to see Light. The gift of despair in which to find Hope. The gift of perpetration in which to find Compassion. The gift of suffering in which to find Healing. The gift of severe disappointment in which to regain Trust. The gift of knowing the depths of the darkness of the human soul in which to regain Innocence. Therein lies the movement of Spirit towards itself.

When we open the Eye of the Sacred Heart and see the gifts of those things, we are remembering them back into ourselves and returning to wholeness and freedom. We are remembering our true selves, that which is the Eternal Spirit alive. When we re-member, we gather back all the bits of our soul given away, we re-member our true power back into ourselves. We re-member and open sacred connection and become merged and are home and free.

This is the Sacred Hoop, the Great Medicine Wheel of life. It is when we merge the medicine of the directions, which is given through the challenges of human life, it is when we see the gift of the Awakening from the East when we are asleep; the gift of Trust and Innocence from the South when we have been disappointed and wounded by the actions of others; the gift of opening the Spiritual Eye from the West when we are enmeshed with circumstance; the gift of Wisdom from the North when we are enslaved by the darkness of the human soul; that we are catapulted into center and the totality, in which ALL is, permeated by the One True Thing, the living breathing Heart, the Mystery, the movement of nothing and everything alive in potential towards itself!!!

When we understand this then there is nothing else to do but the dishes and bring in some wood, for I am freezing to death and my fingers are spent. Wish you were here for tea, to be in the presence of what IS, to sit silently and contentedly with me.

Forgiveness

Forgiveness is not necessarily the conditioned way we are taught about it. It is not making ok, nor relinquishing responsibility of the perpetrator (to use a word), to what happened. A way to look at forgiveness is to claim back all the energy that is yours, that either has been taken, or given by you to the person or situation, and from that renewed and empowered place, choosing that it is done! When you take back your energy out of the situation or person, the charge is gone and the life force given to it is no longer available, it naturally dissolves away into the wind.

In the shamanic paradigm, we loose pieces of our vital life essence, or soul, along the way of our lives to situations and people through traumas that are emotional, physical or spiritual as well. This deficit in our vitality and power, leaves us vulnerable, either because of the loss of personal power or to misplaced negative energy intrusions which can then fill those voids. This loss of personal power or the taking in of a spiritual intrusion can then cause a whirlwind of various things such as depression and low self esteem to illness and accidents. We don't lose our essence by choice. Sometimes we simply though unconsciously give it away, in order to survive! In some horrible situations, if we were to be fully present to them we would not be able to make it through. In other situations, another person may steal our essence from us.

These perpetrators of soul theft, on the energetic/vibrational or spiritual level have their own soul loss and are simply seeking to fill their empty places, though misdirected, towards their children, spouses or whatever. They see the light in others, that they so desperately are seeking to remember into themselves and steal it in an attempt to become more powerful. It doesn't work that way, of course, because a person cannot use another's essence as their own and it is a detriment to all concerned. The only source of unlimited light and power is the One True Flaming Heart of Spirit, the whirling spiraling love of the universe! This is what has been forgotten. This is what the humans are so desperately trying to remember.

It is the ability to see with your spiritual eye, the eye of the one true heart, and with compassion, that the perpetrators are simply seeking the light and are misdirecting their actions that will create the opportunity within you to understand that your life and happiness is completely your responsibility and that their lives are theirs. When this occurs you are once again empowered and it is that act that is forgiveness.

Its a very sad story about the human condition and happens every day yet it is the beauty and opportunity we all have to return home again and again.

Bridge Between the Worlds

Who do you see when you look in the mirror? Who are you really?

From the Great Void, the Womb of Creation, where all possibility exists we condense down into physical form. We each have a personal evolution of Soul as well as specific gifts, talents and purpose for the world. We are born into a body carrying a gender and certain genetics. We have a personality and we have our stories, the circumstances and experiences of our lives that bring us the teachings needed for our growth and evolvement.

Permeating this is our essential connection to the Living Heart of the Universe, to Spirit. Our own Sacred Heart, is the doorway between the worlds.

In these times, as we witness and experience the intensity of the unfolding paradigm of patriarchy, capitalism and rape of the Earth¹s resources etc., it is paramount that we remember and return our knowing that indeed, all of creation on Earth are aspects of the One Living Heart, each with its own specific purpose within the entirety of the whole. It is paramount that we remember now, and live our lives consciously as the hands and feet, eyes and voice and beating hearts of the One Spirit. This consciousness catapults us back to Center, and out of the duality paradigm of Cause and Effect and the linear unfolding world drama. All will right itself from that renewed point of connection.

Shamanism is a practice of conscious remembering. It is the oldest and primary practice of our ancestors since the beginning. It is found on all corners of the world through time and it is for everyone still today.

It is essential that we heal our personal challenges. It is essential to the possibility of a new harmonious world that we release the distractions of our past and the illusion of separation due to physical characteristics and life circumstance and come home to being in full conscious presense of Spirit, the One Living Heart of which we are made. It is time for us to bring our gifts forward and live our highest purpose in freedom.

Through simple shamanic practices this can be done by each of us. Through simply returning our focus to being the hands and feet, eyes and voice and beating hearts of Spirit, we become the living Bridge Between the Worlds. When we do this we pull our energy out of the current manifestation of life on Earth no longer feeding it. Without our energy it cannot live and will thus dissolve away. This is the power we truly have. Each of us makes a difference in how this will go now.
