We are the essence of Spirit, vibrational energy condensed into physical form. Our Heart is the place of connection, from where the electromagnetic vibration of ourselves eminates out into the unlimited potential of all there is and attracting it back into form. We are co-creators with Spirit, unfolding the dreams of our heart into the world.
We are all in the process of 're-membering' these principles, as we are also remembering and acknowledging our indigenous soul. My passion and life's work is to help you remember, and deepen your connection with Spirit through the Heart, the place of power, the doorway between the worlds.
Shamanic Healing Work
In the vibrational or energetic realms, physical, emotional and spiritual 'dis'ease is due to loss of power and our vital life essence, or soul. This is caused by traumas we encounter in our lives. These losses leave 'holes' in our energetic field leaving us vulnerable to unwanted energetic intrusions. This then manifests as physical illness, or fatigue and depression for example. A Shamanic Practitioner is a conduit for Spirit, to extract energetic intrusions and return lost essence or a power animal, allowing a person to regain balance, power, and their essential vitality with which to go forward into their lives with joy, unfolding their true purpose and dreams of their heart.

These are universal practices found throughout shamanic cultures around the world. From these essential 'techniques' we deepen into work that is customized to your needs and is guided by Spirit, at any given time. I believe this work is essential as part of a holistic program of healing the mind, body and spirit, each an integral part of the whole.
I prefer to spend an entire day with you for the first few sessions. In so doing we get to know each other and I can come to understand your needs. Upon your request for healing and/or teaching I journey on your behalf and ask Spirit for guidance as to what is needed for your highest good and evolution. This way, our sessions are orchestrated by Spirit from the very beginning, and designed accordingly.
A Day of Spiritwork - This day is an introduction and teaching day of Shamanic Journeying and basic principles. This is usually a 6 - 8 hour day including conversation, a walk on the land, break for lunch, 2 journeys and teaching. Sometimes there is Sacred Art to do that day. Homework is also suggested if you are receptive to it, such as the making of a Medicine Bundle. If healing is needed, we set up another time for this.
Extended Spiritwork - My favorite way to work is to do 3-10 day intensives. I have housing availability here on my land. In this way, one can fully engage in a transformative experience, which can include a combination of learning shamanic practices for personal use, as well as healing sessions, and the creation of Sacred Art and Medicine Bundles.
Follow-up Sessions - These days are usually about 4 hours. We integrate the homework and continue deepening the work and teaching, again depending on individual need.
Healing Work - The actual content of this work is determined by Spirit. After receiving your request I do a journey on your behalf and ask for guidance. Your healing may include Extraction and Soul Retrieval, as well as the bringing to you a Power Animal , Song, or other gift from Spirit for your healing. These sessions are 2 or more hours. I recommend another follow-up visit or 2 after healing sessions.
Being a Shamanic Practitioner is my passion and life's work in service to the Earth and all my relations. Your monetary exchange for my time supports my worldly responsibilities and allows me to continue this work for you.
There are times, when a person makes a request for healing or teaching and cannot offer monetary exchange. When a sincere request is made from the soul, I will not turn that person away. I am committed to Spirit and to the integrity of my life's work to do this. In that case, an energetic exchange will be asked. It is the ACT of giving that creates the space for the healing or transformation in one's life to occur. It is a great gift for me to receive help here on the land.
Group Gatherings
Workshops: I make an attempt to hold at least 4 workshops per year here at Flaming Heart Lodge. These are shamanic workshops with a specific theme, taking you through a process for 2-3 days. They include ceremony, journeywork, sacred art, song and dance, and the making of wonderful new relationships with the people who attend. The average cost is $250, which includes food and camping here on the land. The next workshop to be announced.
Seasonal Gatherings: Solstice and Equinox times are wonderful to gather for ceremony. I do not charge for these gatherings as they are sacred times of connection with the universal energies and create oneness with communities around the world.
