Flaming Heart is located in Mariposa, California, in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains, just west of Yosemite National Park. I have 36 acres of land facing east overlooking the high country. The Lodge is a geodesic dome in which I hold workshops, teach, and hold ceremonial gatherings. There is also a Sacred Cave on the land, in which individual teaching and healing work is done. Both of these structures honor the Divine Feminine and are metaphors in physical form of the Great Womb, where we enter and return, to Dream and re-create ourselves towards rebirth and the unfolding of our highest purpose for the world. The morning reveals the rising sun over the distant mountains and the night sky exhibits the Great Mystery, an exquisite canopy of stars. There is quiet and peace here.

Flaming Heart is a rustic and natural setting where one is able to leave their ordinary world behind and connect with Spirit through nature and simplicity. The facilities at this time include either camping on the land, or sleeping in the Dome. There is an outhouse and use of a shower and the kitchen in the main house. I envision small yurts for sleeping quarters in the near future. Meals can be provided or had in town, a ten minute ride from the land. Of course there are motels as well.

Mariposa is a quaint small town whose name means Butterfly in spanish. Butterfly Medicine teaches us about transformation through the stages of life. This medicine can be applied to any life situation along the way. This surely is a place that can be a catalyst of transformation for you.
