Shamanism is the oldest spiritual practice of indigenous peoples since the beginning of humanity.   We all come from indigenous ancestry.  This practice returns spiritual autonomy to us,  as we learn to contact the Spiritual World directly,  for answers and guidance.

          Physical, emotional and spiritual 'dis'ease is due to loss of power and our essence or soul, caused by traumas we encounter in our lives. These losses leave 'holes' in our energetic field leaving us vulnerable to outside energetic forces to come in. This then manifests as fatigue or depression for example, and can eventually cause physical illness. Shamanic Training offers the ability to receive spiritual guidance directly from the spiritual world. In combination with Shamanic Healing, a person regains balance and their essential vitality with which to go forward into their lives to unfold their true purpose and dreams of their heart. I believe this work is essential as part of a holistic program of healing the mind, body and spirit... each an integral part of the whole.

Comprehensive Shamanic Healing work may include:

Soul Retrieval- returning of vital life essence
Extraction- removal of spiritual intrusions
Helping Spirit Retrieval- enhances personal power and relationship with the spiritual world
Shamanic Training- facilitation in Shamanic Journeying, which enables one to continue deepening their spiritual connection and healing on their own    

          As a Shamanic Practitioner I offer Shamanic Training, to both groups and individuals. I have a Shamanic Healing practice and offer Soul Retrieval, Extraction and Helping Spirit Retrieval, as a baseline to the deeper work that may be needed. All shamanic healings are spiritually guided and orchestrated by the Spirits themselves according to a person's needs. I offer shamanic retreats and workshops as well.

          Each of us carry and bring forward our medicine for the world.
